The National Women's Health and Breastfeeding Helpline is run by peer counselors who can help with breastfeeding and answer general women's health questions. Open anytime between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Call 1-800-994-9662.

The La Leche League (LLL) helps families reach their nursing goals. The Support Groups Locator can help you find free meetings that are open to those with breastfeeding, pumping, and human milk feeding questions or concerns. Find a meeting here.
